Sword Drill Night!

Kids Grades 1-8

Are you confident in your knowledge of the Word of God?
Do you think you have sword fighting skills?
If you want to put yourself to the test then come out to KNOW YOUR SWORD NIGHT.
Know your sword night info –
This will be a night of sword drills and Nerf sword fights. (You will go through a short training process before given a sword)
Grades – 1st - 8th
Date and Time – November 6th, 2010 at 5:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M
Charge - $2.00 a person for pizza and snacks

Fill out the permission slip and turn it in WITH your $2.00 when you come to register on November 6th. Permission slips are available from Ms. Sofia or the Information Booth. Please feel free to invite your friends and bring them a permission slip as well.

Welcome to our children's ministry blog!

Hi Everyone!

  We are starting this blog because we believe that in today's fast paced world we need to make communication easy. Most of us are into the web in one way or another, and lets face it paper calendars and flyers get lost. So it's our hope to keep this blog up to date with everything you need to know concerning children's events and ministry at Evangel. Once everything is set up, we hope to provide parents, kids, and teachers with all the resources they need to get connected.

  Why a blog? A blog is more flexible than a website, it's easier and faster to edit, so it will be more current. Who needs old information?  Also, we will be announcing new blog content on our evangelKids Facebook page, so if you want to keep informed on updates, be sure to "like us"!  At first, we will be trying to set things up, so some things might not work effectively, but we will get it right, and we need your input (ideas and comments) so please participate! You know that's kind of the situation we are in right now:  a fresh start, new challenges and a need for all of us to work together.
